Thank you for choosing Helmet Fire Aviation. Please review our Shipping Policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Custom, made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be provided at checkout or during the ordering process.


2. Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders within the United States using the following carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Carrier options and rates will be displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Standard: Typically 3–7 business days

  • UPS Ground: Typically 1–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier workload, weather, and other unforeseen factors.


4. United States Shipping Only

Helmet Fire Aviation currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Helmet Fire Aviation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as “delivered.”

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at sales@helmetfireaviation.com within 3–5 business days with photos of the packaging and items.

  • For shipping delays due to USPS or UPS, we will assist with tracking inquiries but cannot guarantee carrier timelines.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship the order at the customer’s expense, or

  • Issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.


8. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

We proudly offer custom military-inspired patches, embroidery, stickers, and coins.

  • Custom items are made to order and require additional production time beyond the standard 2-day processing window.

  • Estimated production timelines will be communicated prior to purchase.

  • Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation after production begins.
